Selecting the right image or images for your tribute

One of the best things you do at this moment is deciding to create a video memorial tribute for your loved one. This is a keepsake treasure that will bring comfort for many years to come. And the best part is, your funeral director has made this extremely easy for you and your family to do. Just collect up to 100 photos of your loved one, family and/or fond memories. You can do any number of photos that you like, but typically, the best number is somewhere between 40 and 100. There is no need to be too particular or selective about them as long as they represent, or are connected to your loved one in some way. This means that a favorite car, grandchild, vacation spot, portrait, relatives, and so many more are perfectly fine. You can even use your mobile phone to take a picture of trophies, a prize possession, or anything else that is not yet on print or camera. The real magic happens when these photos are transformed into a meaningful, video memorial tribute that is synced with music, scenery and images. Not to worry, you just collect some photos and TribuAssist, along with your funeral director will do the rest.

Find a photo that best represents your loved one and holds fond memories in your heart. This can be a recent, or even a not-so-recent photo. The choice is really up to you. It is best to find a high quality picture for this purpose, but overall, the most important thing is that you do select a photo.
If possible, use an image that is in PORTRAIT
mode like the one shown. This is an image that is taller than it is wide. Not LANDSCAPE as shown. However, Tribuassist will allow you to crop or trim any image accordingly.
Attempt to select an image that is good quality if possible. A really small image (wallet or smaller) will reproduce a lessor quality scan than an 8x10 portrait image. Foremost, you should select the best image that represents your loved one.

The slideshow images are used to create the video tribute memorial.
Slideshow images can use Landscape and Portrait images without limitation. They can reside on your phone and/or be scanned from physical pictures.
Attempt to select images that are good quality if possible. You should select the best images that represents your loved one and family.
Select up to 100 images to create your loved one's tribute. While more may seem better, it is generally a more appropriate (and meaningful) to not do too many.
Try to not duplicate images if possible. A variety of your loved one, family, friends, special memories, pets, etc. are all acceptable.
